totally normal neicey!!!! this happens to me alllllll the time. well i haven’t danced in awhile but i think it happens to us all. we have all these great routines and these beautiful dramatic moves and stuff in our heads, and when we actually get to the pole, WOOOSH! everythings gone. i think some days we’re pole queens and other days we’re just not at our best but that’s normal. no worries hunny, you’ll become a pole queen in no time https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif i just know it!!!!!!!!!

hmm, for me i bought that book "the art of pole dancing" by peekaboo, and i know they’re not a very reputable pole company, but the book has decent transitions in it that are really easy to incorporate into a dance no matter what level you are. veena’s lessons also has some really incredible transitions, so definitely check them out if you haven’t already! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
