I didn't realize there were different moves for different types of yoga!! I chickened out this morning; I rationalized that I hadn't hydrated enough and that I'd have a beet red face the rest of the day…..and I'm having company tonight and who wants a red face for company!!! Yay!! Thank you guys!!! I think I'll go to the 9am class tomorrow just to see how it makes me feel the rest of the day, then I'll do evening classes. These are awesome tips, thank you 🙂 I'm afraid I'm going to be THAT student that farts or passes out or something lol.

Aww, Machiv I'm sorry your Mom reacted that way.
My Mom was all for it when I started, she was like, "You'll never get divorced, do it!!!" lol! Two Thanksgivings in a row I brought my pole to my Grandma's and we all took a spin on it. My Uncles, Cousins, Grandma, Dad, Brother; it was funny seeing my Grama on spinny mode lol!

I saw this thread in the daily email and HAD to stop by…..It would be just my luck that I'd start wearing one…..a horrible sneeze would dislodge it and Niagara Falls would ensue. It'd probably happen on an important date or during a staff meeting too……I loved reading this thread!!

I bet you anything, the people who are posting these negative comments are typing with Cheeto stained finger tips, have crumbs strewn between their 18 chins and probably need to be crane lifted out of their homes to make their next doctor's appointment for their boils and bunions (these are icky people indeed).
