LOL you were DEFINITELY not over-doing it. when i got my pole i took a picture on my phone and sent it to everyone, then made a facebook status update and sent out an email to my mom and grama. LOL now THATS obnoxiously over-doing it haha https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

omg jungle!! imjust reading this now, i hope you’re alright and your faith in your pole isnt damaged!!! im STILL nervous to go on mine after it fell on me! if it makes you feel any better, my pole dislodged from the ceiling when i was mid-spin WHILE I HAD COMPANY OVER WHEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHOWING THEM (why am i screaming? lol) some pole moves!!!!! talk about embarassing. you seem like a tough-cookie though, i KNOW you’ll get right back on the pole and will rock at it!

no worries honey, the bruising will pass and the type of injury you have right now iwll subside once you figure out how tightly to hold on with your thighs. if it makes you feel any better, my right foot is a bloody mess, on tuesday one of the girls in the studio put that ‘dry-hands’ stuff all over, and it got on the pole big time, so when i was climbing my foot got completely torn up- its so painful! so i completely feel your pain https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif it’ll pass, no worries!
