good advice guys!!! i learned a lot from you all!!
what i do, is pick a song that moves me- then i listen to every bit of the song, the intensity of the vocals, the drums, the wave of the song, the bass, everything. then i sit down with a piece of paper and write out what i moves i definitely want to include in the song and fit them where i want the moves to go. thats what i did for the lapdance im doing tomorrow- but you dont want the routine to be so rigid that if you mess up once the whole thing is ruined, leave some room for error and improvising.

poles- yay!!! chair dancing is so fun!!!! i just love it, i never look at a chair the same way after im done with it lol. i would skip youtube all together to be honest- veena just did a new option on the site where you can upload your videos on studioveena.com and the best part is is that only members of the site can see it. on youtube the whole world can see your vid, but on veena’s it’s much safer. i cant wait to see your vids! be sure to upload them here! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

youtube is annoying, and the people on there who view your vids and then make comments about them are all probably losers themselves. i personally am gonna get rid of my youtube account and just load my videos on veena’s site because of the weird people who watch your vids. i know it hurts and its so self-esteem crushing when someone makes fun of you, but please don’t believe them.
if it makes you feel any better, ive been on my pole ONCE this entire month; and it was a pole at a club, not even my own pole lol. so ive regressed terribly im sure- i definitely can’t do splits, cant do the shoulder mount, cant do caterpillar crawl or teddy or knee hold…..there’s so many moves im sure i’ll never be able to do but im trusting that i will eventully. little by little.
when i first got on this site, i put an INSANE amount of pressure on myself cuz i wanted to be as good as everybody else seems to be here; but afterawhile it was so stressful that i just decided to be myself and do my best. dont compare yourself to anyone glitter, we’re all just as insecure as you are.
ily girl, pony and i are cheering for you on the sidelines, please dont give up and please stay on the site!!!!!

pole- forget youtube. youtube is being a brat and wont let us post certain vids , my fave part of veena’s new site is that we can post our videos on THIS site now! polegirl- yep, every friday we all meet in the chatroom to catch up and get to know one another, it’s for anybody on the site so be sure to come and say hi! a bunch of us regulars are usually there sometime during the day on friday- veena is there as well- its a video chat too, so we all turn on our webcams and we can see each other- it’s really fun, i look forward to it every week.

its an easier version of the handstand, with your elbows on the floor instead of the hands. i could do a handstand pic too if you wanted…..
