    The Ball seems interesting!
I can do that with no pain in static mode, but I realize that my wrist twisted when Im in spin mode, especially when spinning for few rounds. Is that mean my wrist is not strong enough?

What I do is a little bit different but it help. I took motion sickness medicine for traveler before the pole lesson, especially before practicing new spins. I wondered if I will feel dizzy without the medicine, but I’m not! In fact, I can now poling 3 hrs on spin mode without severe dizziness.(not taking the motion sickness medicine) I think the body can learn and get use to the motion , but in a less extreme way by using that medicine. Of Course, don’t take it too often. I was doing that only once a week, and last for about a month. Hope it can help you for first few months of poling!

Both of your information are helpful ! Lol. At least I got some picture of my condition. I'm going to try both. I also think i may sprain my intercoastal muscle too at start, but it is already the 5th day since I got the pain. That make me worried that's not simplily muscle pain and I want to get on pole soon! But I didn't try icing yet, I was too busy these days and back home late, fell asleep immediately after shower 😛

So I will try icing and seek help from professionals asap.  Just to make sure it got fixed properly. It's happy to hear that mkalis you fixed yours, seems it bothered you so much in the past.> <

I serached the yoga positions mkalis you mentioned, and its pretty simple and surely do no harm to try them! And one of my collague is really good at Yoga, I can ask for her assistance!

You girls are lovely and helpful!

Thanks maklis:) you explained so well and comprehensively ! It’s most painful around my ribs…… What if I leave it untreated ? Will the pain subside or will it affect my pole practice in future? I’m worried..

I tried the arched cat already, it doesnt help much… Actually I tried to stretch different different parts of my back, but seems not really work at all. The pain is from deeper ” muscles” or deep inside the body….
