There is something called chinese pole, you have to be fully clothed because the pole is coated with rubber. I’ve heared the holds are similar to our kinda pole holds. Maybe you can take that up for a few years?

My elderly landlord lady lives in the house next door, I got a knock on my door…she said can I use your bathroom I locked myself out, my son is on his way. She walks past the pole and shakes her head and says never a dull moment. I asked if she wanted to stay but she said she would wait in the car! Lol

Try to do it in your head….like listen to the song over and over and over while your doing some thing off the pole like walking or cleaning. (I use my ipod during work) try to picture some one dancing to the song, you’ll get it in pieces, you’ll fing that you can see what moves go where during certain parts, then its a process of filling in the blanks. I try to focus on the emotion, it takes quite a few time of listing to the song for me. Last one was 2 work days! Good luck!

Do you have your thumb up or around the pole? Thumb up might work!

@Aweagle, I actually already purchased tacfit gym, but currently in the middle of Scott’s Mass Assault program. I also purchased tacfit Barbarian for later use. I realy enjoy his programs they are above and beyond anything I’ve tried before. I’ve completed tacfit commando, and can’t say enough about the program. I realy like the 4 day wave set up. I believe all his programs follow this system. No intensity, low intensity, moderate intensity, high intensity then you start over. So you do some thing every day plus he focuses on joint mobility, I could go on an on an on. I Love it, totaly change my life and body.

I completed P90x about 2 years ago, it was a great program but took ALOT of time, and only focuses on one body part at a time. I had success with the program then went on to find Scott Sonnon and tac fit commando and his other programs! Its alot less time consuming and works your total body in each exercise. P90x was a great start but I would totally say that Scott Sonnon’s program is more advanced and will get you stronger and take a who lot less time, check him out after your done with Tony.

Jeans would be crazy! I bought a cheep pair of fake leather pants to learn how to do superman though! I gave them to my mom after i learned because it was to tempting to wear them on the pole all the time!

@Webmaster that’s a great idea! Im gona have to check around my area to see if I can save some cash! I joined a CSA at an organic farm a few towns over last summer and it was a great experience! A whole lot of veggies from may through oct. For a flat fee up front. Plus its fun if you have kids because you can work on the farm and my favorite the pick your own berrys or tomatoes ect!
