Haha!! Several months on and I can say it barely happens to me now, there's some moves that make it happen and I'm aware and can stop it! lol

I have itac level 4 and hate it, yes it's GREAT to make you stick for the first few tricks but then suddenly it turns to slippery and it's actually dangerous, I can't tell when it will make me slick and I've almost fallen cos of it! I stick to shaving cream on my legs and liquid chalk on my hands

I hve a list of poses and have been practicing lots and removing the ones I don’t like, i’m a bit too organized lol! I’m so excited!!

Thanks all! The only reason really is if I wanna show people in person, it’d be nice to just fall into them! Ya know how you see split photos of ppl in the splits in public and that sorta stuff? Hehe

Thankyou! I just feel disheartened that if I just try to drop into them now they would be SO Bad, almost like a lunge!! Hence why I can never show anyone the splits in real life! But if I am warmed up and do my prior stretches I can get from 6 inches (cold) to 4 inches, and then after half a dozen more split attempts I try to rest in them bit by bit and end up almost flat, so weird how muscles work!!!!!
I also find that if I splits stretch less often, I get further, is that weird? If I were to splits stretch every 2nd or 3rd day, it's too often for me, my legs are still sore, so the splits attempts are painful and no good. If I leave it 4 or 5 days or longer I can end up in a much more comfortable splits (way less discomfort) and a bit lower than if I do it more frequently. HOWEVER I feel lazy only splits stretching every 4th or 5th day cos everywhere on google says if you want the splits you have to be preprared to put in effort and stretch EVERY DAY! I am prepared, I am!!! But I'm too sore if I were to do it more often! Damn legs, lol.

Agree poleprincess! I can't remi at all cos it crushes my foot on the bottom and its SO painful 🙁
I find YOGINI most painful and I can barely do it cos of the sheer pain, I jump off the pole screaming!!!
Knee hold was SO painful but now that I can do it, it's not painful much now
Superman I never had issues with, I could superman 20 times in a row without much leg chaffing going on! maybe cos I get into it from a Shoulder mount there's less leg smooshing going on?

I'd love love a holly drop and a flag mount (is that what its called) tutorial where your in a bracket hold and kick up and catch your leg and your in brass monkey, ive done it once but can't do it again!

Hello! I'm quite comfortable with the no hands cupid now! The key to it, for me, is a very warm pole and body, if I am slipping I put some Itac2 behind my hooked knee, and also more importantly, when you hook a nice tight knee pit grip with the top leg, and put your lower foot on the pole, PUUUUUSH those hips forward and engage your core, if I don't puuuuush those hips forward it's pretty much impossible! This sorta locks you on, and if I get it right I can stay like that for AGES!!! And just hang there, and feel secure. And yes I have my bottom foot on the pole 🙂 I can try and take a video if you like

Mighty grip works best for me on the hands and Itac2 on the legs 🙂 I don't often need hand help but sometimes at night my brass is slippy for some reason so a bit of mighty grip on the hands and it's good to go!
