Amiloo, thank you for offering, I have just checked out your studio and it looks ANAZING! I am jealous! However, Dorking is too far for me to come, 5 hours :-/ it might be worth splitting the thread to suggest a Southern jam though? Is anyone else from down your way? Xx

Also, make sure you’ve got all the shipping gunk off your pole, I spent months wondering why I couldn’t grip even when warm only to realise it was still covered in a waxy coating!! Damn pole!

I agree with Chem here, work on it from the plank on the floor first, then once you get to doing it from up the pole, I find it easiest from a side climb, you can see my video here https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/5079bd2c-9ab4-4daf-8045-38d10ac37250 you could forget the side climb at first and get into the 'bow and arrow' position at 00:07 from the floor and work on it from there, hope this helps x

This move is a little monkey, I still cant get it consistently on a 50mm only on a 45mm – annoying!

Just looking at dates in April, as end of April is good for Hazel we are looking at 20/21st or 27/28th. I can’t do the 28th but otherwise I am free on all other 3 days. Lets narrow it down ladies so Lizzie can suggest dates to her studio on Monday x

My instructor has me try aerial SMs even though I can’t do it! We go from side climb to figure head then try to tuck. She said you can push off the pole with one foot but that just confuses me :-/

Would going round there and speaking to both Dad and girlfriend be an option? explain that you don’t understand your son’s behaviour and ask if his behaviour is similar whilst he is there? What they think might be causing it.
Your GP should not have blamed you like that for not going sooner, how were you to know it would continue and get worse? If the health visitor doesn’t help you go back and ask your GP again. Perhaps a referral to children’s mental health / counselling just to get to the bottom things? (I’m not saying your son is mentally ill but a mental health worker /counsellor has ways to get children to open up that a health visitor/parent might not)
I hope you get to the bottom of this Zoey x
