Sooo very true ladies. I have to say the most non negative atmosphere is on this site and at my studio. Every one is sooo encouraging and it’s women supporting women. Thanks for this site SV! Hope everone had a great Easter.

I started when I was 41..im 42 now so about 7 months love it! I was NEVERRRRR flexible in any way slowly but surly I’m getting better. It’s sooo great to be at a studio that’s so encouraging 🙂 I have a pole at home now also. I do notice more achs and pains but it’s worth it! I do have a lil more fear then the younger girls, but the more I trust my body the stronger I get. Wish I started younger too lol

I just got my pole up last night and was in there on it for about 2 hours lol practicing inverts ect…and stretching. It’s not just about being able to do moves on the pole it’s the feeling of accomplishment when you get it knowing that you didn’t give up 🙂 and it’s the ONLY THING that can take me out of myself and get my mind off off of stress.

I have just found out too thanks to this site that I have a tad of scoliosis in my lower back which I never knew before. It’s more work but I’m not giving up. I too have a hard time getting support from my husband. I got a pole.a week ago and I’m waiting for him to put it up. And I want a mirror put up also…wer in a condo and our room is the on,y place we can put the pole up. He said he dosnt want our room to look like a porno studio. But I seriously don’t care what he says lol il get it all up myself ha! Keep on goin ladies!
