I am 44 and pole makes me happy. Started at age 40 and took two years off because of a bad car accident. I enjoy bring back and learning new things. I have limitations due to injuries but working to push past them and loving every minute.

Thanks so much for this post. The message is very timely for me. I have been feeling like I am either going backwards or no improvement on anything I have been trying lately. I have felt at times my pole journey has been a true uphill climb. I appreciate the positve reminder and reinforcment to make it mine and keep pushing.

Yes it was the preview videos. I wanted to see the lessons before I bought them but decided to just buy them and hope it would work on the other lessons and it did. Very happy!
