I’m going to be a vendor there as well. It’s going to be the big debut for ‘The House of Pole" and I’m beyond stoked!
You guys better stop by my booth and say hi…..and buy some shoes! LOL

I prefer the straight leg version. It looks so pretty. Especially when the person has long legs and it’s all stretched out along the pole…..mmmm…..

Just FYI everyone: the videos of the amateur comp. have been taken down, too.
Damn it all to hell!!!!!

I am considering purchasing the Pleaser Delight 1036 calf boots from LingerieDiva.com. I normally shop shoebuy.com; however, in this instance, their price is $15 higher than competitor. Shoebuy has priced the "patent" as the same price as the leather at $114.45. With a 20% discount code and additional 10% coupon, I could buy these from Shoebuy.com for $82.08 (free shipping and free returns). Lingerie Diva priced the patent at $58.90 (plus $7.95 shipping= $66.85 total).

I’m no personal trainer or fitness guru but I do know that when we lose weight we can not control where we lose it. The only way I’ve found to alter the shape of my body when I lost weight is by weight training, but that being said….there’s no weights you can lift for boobage LOL. We can work on our pectoral (chest) muscles that help with perkage but as far as inflating the balloons, there’s no real solution for that.
In my personal experience and from the dancers I know, pole dancing doesn’t cause boob shrinkage specifically. It does cause weight loss, which indirectly causes boob shrinkage but that’s about it.
I have always been in the itty bitty titty committee so I can’t really empathize with you https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
In my eyes you still have a pretty nice set of jugs, even after the loss of cup size https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_tongue.gif

My feet cramp up all the time too so I’m waiting for an answer to this question. LOL
I usually like to wear heels so that I don’t have to point my toe as hard to make it pretty. I have other foot issues as well that may be causing it, but I recently had surgery on my left foot and it still cramps up. Hopefully after I start physical therapy it will get better.

Oh and as far as the age is concernced, like Stelly said, it’s just a number and means nothing. I’m turning the big 3-1 tomorrow and I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m just getting started. I just did my first competition this year at the tender age of 30 so if my old as can get out there and do it, you sure can too https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Is Niqui the black girl with the short hair cut? If so I love her too!
I started out with Veena and expert village and I think the combination of the two is why I built up the strength I have in my upper body and have never had a serious injury. Those strength moves and exercises are awesome for beginners. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

Good job girl!
I loved your spinning scorpio! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

I was weight training before I started pole and still continue to lift, but…I did notice a change in the shape of my body once I started poling. I seemed to thin out and got a leaner look to me as opposed to the boxy-er bulky thing I had goin on from just weight lifting. I love how pole is a total body workout because it helps to hit those smaller muscles you wouldn’t think to work on like your forearms for example. My back is in the best shape it’s ever been and I know I owe that to pole.

Where are you thinking of buying these boots from and how much will they cost you?
I was considering selling some like this on my website…

Aloha!
Since you’re a friend of Crystals I take it you go to Pole Pressure? I wonder if I’ve met you…were you at the recent photo shoot at xpose fitness?
Anywho, welcome to the site and welcome to pole! You’ll have to come jam with us some day https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I gotta dig through my stash when I get home to see if I still have some of my first vids. They’re buried deep in the computer so no one could ever find them. LOL
They’re so embarrassing! Not that my current vids are much better….but still. LOL

(‘Downstairs’ jewelry + learning the wrist seat = ouch!)
YES.
It’s probably not a problem too many of you ladies have, but please consider removing private jewelry if you’re learning something new. Bashing that area firmly could cause a piercing to tear slightly because of how delicate the tissue is, which could lead to rejection, which no one wants down there.
I’ve only bashed my lady part jewelry on the pole once and that was because I was humping it, LOL. I probably shouldn’t have been doing that anyway https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif I’m scared to death of hurting it in a bumslide so I always chicken out on that move but it hasn’t caused any other problems as far as pole is concerned. My navel either, although I have heard of people getting theirs caught in the hole in the pole. That actually happened to Karol once. Ouch https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif
