I too fight the battle of the belly bulge. I never really had a really flat and sexy tummy. Having 3 kids surely didn’t help that. I have had to work work work work work hard to get my tummy to where it is now and it’s still not flat. It’s the bane (spellcheck) of my existence. I lose weight everywhere else so quickly. Boobs, ass….al the places where I wouldn’t mind some curves but that damn gut stays there.

I’m like you glitty. The body type of my mom and sisters all consist of a belly pouch. I know I’ll never have one of those model thin figures and I don’t want that but damn….if I could just wearc whatever and not have to worry about the tgut factor I would be so happy!

I think the key for you is to def kick up the cardio. Burn baby burn. try it out and see how it goes.

I’m not one for choosing plastic surgery over excercise but someties excercise doesn’t get you what you want and if you gotta get the docs involved to ake you feel better, so be it. If I could afford it I probably would have had a tummy tuck a long time ago LOL.

I’m waiting to see that video girl!!!!
Hurray for you! I like when inverting happens on accident. That usually means you were working on other things and weren’t rushing into it and then it just happened because you’re ready. I’m happy for you.

The whole headline has all the hallmarks of a manufactured controversy to get readers to look at the ads! The use of the adjective "scary" doesn’t even make sense to me. Scared of what? That she might fall and hurt herself? That she’s too sexy?

Well, Voelle of Malaysia has said that the men in her country are "scared to death" of her…I take that to mean that in in some cultures (and the US and Western countries have places like this, too) a really beautiful woman being sexy is a little scary to some guys. LOL, well, that’s probably true. It’s worse now than ever. Young men just can’t seem to step up to the plate and even ask a girl out. So maybe that’s whats "scary"!!

Ha Ha, I just realised I am talking about my son–my current frustrating topic!

    Joel

    LOL.

I have gotten some from electriqboutique and they were really fast with shipping and even faster with emailing me a return label so I could send them back when I ordered the wrong size. They have a last pairs section with some really good deals.

I’d rather a workshop that works on polishing moves. I think that all levels can do this because I think we all can stand to work on eveyrthing from a beginner spin to an advanced hold. Sometimes advanced polers need to step back and refine some of the moves they got a long time ago and beginners/intermediates will also get the chance to learn something new as well as polish moves they already have.

I think people get intimidted sometimes because they think the workshop is just going to be above their head and too fast paced for them to keep up. If you try make it clear that it’s for all levels, that might help.

    Thank you sissy! =)
Of all nights to get my first pair of pleaser platforms in the mail..i did.. so above all the boxes around my pole, i took a whirl around the pole and tried the new shoes out… i almost broke myself trying to walk back to the shoebox! =)

LOL, I damn near sprained my ankle the first time I tried on my first 7 inch heels. It’s still dangerous to wear those….I don’t think I’ll ever get used to that much height LOL.

This is a move that I hated and I now love! Before I go into it, I squeeze my legs AND my butt muscles and it works for me! Plus, once I engage the glutes, I feel like I could stay up forever–or long enough to peel off a top!

Hmmmm….I never tried squeezing my butt cheeks……I’m squeezing them as I write this. LOL

I’m glad the video situation has been resolved; I’d say if you’re going to attempt forcing martial arts perhaps start with just a women’s self defense class so the idea doesn’t leave a sour taste in her mouth, due to reason. She may become interested in the more dedicated styles just by watching other girls (or guys https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif) close to her age in the dojo. Good luck! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

If there are cute boys there, she’s all in!

You sure are gonna be busy! I wish you luck with packing for the move and hopefully you won’t have spaghetti arms after your workshops so you can help move https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

You travel with a full supply of grip aid in your glove compartment because you never know when a polejam might jump off or what finish pole you might encounter https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cool.gif

I hate this move too. I mean, I love when others do it but it’s still hit or miss for me and it still frikkin hurts!

When I do get it, I think I’m gripping closer down by my knees and hooking the foot….hard. Once I figured out which foot was my "strong" foot, I hooked that one around the other foot and sqeeuzed like hell. I’m gonna work on turning my legs in.
