Which spin are you talking about?? The very first one that looks like a Chair spin but with your back to the pole??

    That was a figurehead right?

Transitions are really important and the ladies in that vid are beautiful. I enjoyed watching how they move around the pole. Damn I wanna get up and dance!

LOL, this is a great thread. I’m pretty happy with my body. I have 3 kids and worked hard to get it to where it’s at, but I’ve never stood in front of the mirror and tried to focus in on the good parts. I’m usually scanning to see what needs more attention in the gym LOL. So to look at myself differently and find what didn’t need help was interesting. Here’s what I came up with https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I love my eyes, I’ve always thought they were my best feature.

My shoulders and back and arms because they show the most definition and that makes me feel strong. My biceps are huge and I’m always trying to give people tickets to the gun show.

I love my legs because they’re long and slinky and dramatic.

I love my hair because it’s thick and full, like lion!

I love my new archy left foot and

I love my smokin hot cast, cuz it’s sexy!!!!!

I watched it today and I was so pleased to see Martha on the pole! It was so cute. I love how she got the crowd up and had every one rolling their hips! Good stuff.

I just dont get why people insult complete strangers over the internet. It continues to perplex me. And it pisses me off when it’s someone I know (somewhat LOL). You’re probably the complete opposite of a hoe and she was calling everyone who commented (and is a pole dancer) a hoe and that shit is not cool.

I don’t reply to stuff like that because I find it hard to argue with someone I dont know but….I really didn’t appreciate that shit. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mad.gif

I think you have your answer already https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

You already seem to understand that moves hurt and after time that pain gets better.

I don’t know if I can tell you where it will hurt (if that’s what you were asking) because it’s different for every move. But it all gets better. In due time. LOL

    Keep on polin! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I was taught (via the internet and what not ) to do the double cupped gri but it just never clicked for me. I first got my shoulder mount in the Princess grip. I wasnt taught that way (maybe because nobody ever taught me personally LOL) but I tried it and it just worked and was comfy for me. Granted this was after months of SM prances. LOL. But after getting comfy in the Princess I was able to get the cupped. For me….I was able to use my arms and back more in princess and I think that’s why I was able to get it that way. I think I struggled more with cupped because I don’t have the abs for it. I’m working on that though…

Anyone else get toe cramps when they are pole dancing? I always seem to get them on the same 2 toes on one foot whenever I’m doing inverted holds which is not good. I’m drinking plenty of water while I’m working out.

    Any suggestions.

I have foot cramps all the time when poling but I have foot issues anyway. I’ve heard of people eating bananas before poling and it has helped cramps. The potassium in the bananas helps. Have you tried that?

I watched 10 seconds of her freckles and read her comments and replies and turned it off. Based on her replies to her comments she is completey ignorant and would only reply with more gibberish to anything I say. Plus what she said to Runemist makes me want to go find where she lives and kick her ass. No lie.

I don’t want to grace her page with any more words of people that know about pole and actually have a brain. I suggest none of you do either. what a waste of skin.
