@glitterqueen- The Basic pole category is for beginner/intermediate levels. Inversions or move in which your hips are above your head are NOT allowed, exluding dance and floor work. The Anything goes is exactly that!! This category is for intermediate/advanced levels. These categories are strictly for students only! Both categories are allowed to have props!! We strongly encourage competitors to have fun and show us their talents.
