Leggings are too stretchy. They stick but stretch so my legs slide off. Hard to describe. And, yes, xpole makes silicone poles now. Thanks for your reply;)

Hi. I know exactly what your talkin about……I did great in classes for 4 months or so, was progressing well, so I bought a home pole. A shiny new xpole tg 50mm. I bought 50 cause that’s what we used in class…….the poles in the studio are brass and slow spinning, specially made for the owner. I couldn’t wait to jump on my new pole and show my hubby…..lol…needless to say I sucked in a bad way……I couldn’t even do a split grip spin on this pole.. 🙁 after practice it improved, but never as comfy as the studio pole…….I eventually got a brass from platinum stages because it was a closer match to the studio and I luv it…..

It is difficult…..I had the Veena powder coated which I luv, but it only goes to 10 feet and I believe that’s only 9feet of workable pole space……..I now have the platinum stages 45mm brass one piece 10 foot which I have set at almost 11 feet. But that’s only 10 feet of workable pole…..and it’s FLEXY…..but brass is my favorite. If u get it 50 mm brass at platinum stages u can get it 12 ft and its easy to take up and down. Or stainless steel comes in 12 ft but I find it super slippy…..I believe at xpole all poles can get extension to 12 feet. I’m gonna try the new brass xpole next……

It brought my chest higher….

The same thing was happening to me. Are you going in from inside leg hang or flatline. Starting from Flatline is how I finally got it…….

It’s a new way of connecting the multi piece poles. Good idea, I ordered a multi piece and the screw together pieces weren’t perfectly even and it made the pole bow. I had to eventually get a one piece after trying 2 multi piece poles.

My xpoles are titanium gold. They seem to have a slippery finish that I cannot grip too. I luv brass, the studio I go to uses brass poles, so that’s what I learned on. I loved my studioveena pole, which is only about 6 months old, but my husband took a spin on it weighing 200 lbs, and it bent. My cieling is vaulted from 10-12ft, so brass platinum stages is out unless I buy a permanent pole but I rent. I also have tile floor and don’t wanna ruin it buy drilling into it. Thx for all the replies. Oh, also I live in Florida soo it’s pretty humid.

Hi. Mine does it too. Rather loud at times….I luv the pole, though. It’s also slower spinning than my xpole. The grip makes up for it though, and a little music is all the fix I need. 😉

I have the cramers firm grip spray, because I was having so much trouble with my xpole( sooooo slippery compared to the brass pole at the studio ) Veena, how do u use it. I now have the studio Veena pole and luv the grip, but I still wanna use my xpole………

Do u think its because my ceiling is 9 ft and I got the 9-10ft. Do u think it needs to be cut an inch or so. It’s a pretty loud sound that doesn’t stop. I love the pole though.
