    Hi Poleleo, I too found Big Floors and want to order in a few weeks. I was wondering if you ordered from them and how it turned out? Or anyone for that matter. I have concrete flooring in my dance studio now, with carpet laid over it. With the snap lock portable floor, I am hoping this will protect knees but also allow for floor work and use of heels… Any new updates??

    Hi Scorpian Vixon,

    I too am new to the wonderful world of pole! Welcome! I also felt a little silly, but it does seem to be a normal reaction whenever we learn something new.

    @ Non Flexy, Thank you for number four! I have been sporting a little shoulder injury after my first few weeks with my pole, and after reading your post, decided I would try to loosen my grip, and wahla…no pain. I did not put any pressure on my deltoids by keeping my feet on the ground, but I think I have been holding on too tight and this now believe might have caused the pain in my deltoids.
