Oh, one of the articles I read said that. Either way, you’re the first person I’ve talked to that has a clue. Mostly I would get looks like okay you have bad cramps. I got my decaf coffee (I don’t drink soda, sports drinks etc, just water, coffee in the AM and a glass of wine in the evening.) and magnese, so its worth a try and we carry Vega products where I work (that will be next) How do you know so much about this? I really appreciate you sharing all the info.

Okay I just started researching what you just sent me. My brother and both have asthma. We have both outgrown it for the most part, unless we get sick or its cold an we over do it. It said stimulants can cause it such as proventil. We both had many trips to the ER getting shot with epenepherin and adrenaline. I wonder if it’s from that? But I rarely use my inhaler, maybe a few times a year. So, would I need to see a neurologist to have tests? I might switch to decaf coffee for awhile and take some magnesium too. If you figured this out…..you are an angel! My brother and I have been dealing with this for over 40 years now.

I would love to find out what it is and if something could be done to treat it. Living a normal life is but a mere dream right now. I’m going to do a little more research on complex regional pain syndrome. Thank you Phoenix Hunter!

Speaking of cramps…..if anyone can solve this riddle I would be sooooo very grateful. I have had leg cramps (mine are seriously like Charlie horses on steroids! I could never begin to exaggerate how awful they are) since I was a kid. Through the years they have gotten worse and more often. I’ve had my potassium checked, magnesium checked, circulation checked and no doctor can figure it out. Oh yeah and I’m not dehydrated either. I get them at night a lot only sleeping less than an hour at a time. They’re in different places and different legs, feet, you name it. I’ve had them in the day, I’ve had to get out of my car while driving somewhere. I’ve gone hoarse from screaming, sweating and almost vomiting from the pain and have had bruises as a result. I have tried every remedy known to man. Lately I have even got to where my stomach cramps up an I have to lean back to get it to stop and feel a huge knot where it is cramped up. Oh and it’s not restless leg syndrome either. My brother told me he has had the same thing too and no doctor can find what’s causing it either. I do worry it will happen when I’m on the pole and I’ll get hurt or while I’m in the pool and I’ll drown. My daughter fished me out of pool once already (thank God she was there) and it happened twice while inverting that my toes completely curled up and trying to get down was not so easy. Anyone with any experience with this and found relief please share. This can be very debilitating. I would love to sleep like a normal person and go through the days like everyone else. I’m no sissy and have a high threshold to pain. I had both kids with no medication at all. I honesty thought in the heat of the pain just shooting my leg off just to stop the pain! Of course I didnt lol I was just that desperate at the time. Sorry for writing a nicely on here, I just wanted to explain the severnes of my problem.

Helol I’ll be 50 this year and just started pole in November! I love it and started noticing by arms are getting some real definition….now I’m waiting for the definition to move south to my abs and butt lol. If I’m not mistaken Greta Pontarelli started at 60 or 62 to help with osteoporosis and look at her..what an amazing woman who gave me inspiration. Good luck and know there are people like me, older than you, giving it our best so YOU CAN DO THIS!

I wear a size 10. The boots would work, but the shoes are probably too small πŸ™ would you consider selling them seperate? Did you check if you can climb and they stick? I would love some more shoes πŸ™‚

I will try to make this as short as possible, but hopefully it will help. First and formost you have to make it very, did I say very clear their behavior is very inappropriate, their behavior makes you extremely uncomfortable and you need to be very clear they need to stop it. Document, document and again document EVERYTHING!!!!! Contract their boss if it continues file for full investigation on the matter. I had a similar situation I dealt with for over 2 years. My outcome was not good, because I thought I could handle on my own. When I finally came forward he got a slap on the hand, then the retaliation began! I went straight to the regional president, again another investigation. He was finally fired and come to find out I wasn’t the only one. Afterwards I looked like a trouble maker because some regional people got in trouble for not handling things properly. The president was relocated (my only savior) then I later was incompetent at my job (mind you I have over 30 years experience and was in management) I was demoted and now make less than I did 20 years ago. Had someone shared that story with me, my first reaction would of been….there’s got to be more to it than that….guess what there wasn’t! I’m 50 this year and changing jobs in this economy at my age is not that easy. I would never wish what I’ve gone through on another woman ever. The labor department can help you with your problem as well. Please don’t try to handle this on your own. Go to the labor board or get an attorney. Have documentation and any possible witnesses. Companies have a lot of money wrapped up in attorneys to protect themselves and their reputation. You would be smart to get all your ducks in a row and not discuss it at work and give them any heads up. I hope this helps and I hope I didn’t scare you by what I said. I just learned my lesson the hard way and wouldn’t want anyone else experience what I did.

That’s what I’m thinking too, but I bet they were in a crappy warehouse and that’s what happened. My wonderful boyfriend is going to try to fix them with a clear apoxy. He knew how excited I was to get them, even though he’s complaining about needing a step ladder to kiss me, lmao

I thought Ellie’s are supposed to be good? I bought them on eBay…..when I contacted them I was told they are out of stock and I can return them for a refund. I really like them.

So here’s some information I thought I would pass along and hope you all find it helpful. Look up on YouTube Vegan Black Metal chef, it has some awesome videos and on google look up Post Punk Kitchen, it has some really great selections of recipes. I work for a Health food supermarket and did a little research for you guys. If I come across anything else I will pass it along!

Tesar first you look fantastic! I’m actually at my heaviest, besides being pregnant twice. I’m no health nut, but I do try to take of myself with some simple basics. I don’t eat fried food and stay away from sweets and junk food. When I cook, which is a lot because I love it, I have more veggies on my plate than anything, a protein and starch. I don’t eat late and always drink a big glass of water right before I eat. If you eat junk foods now and then, do it early in the day so you have all day to burn it off. I can suggest a great book, very short and easy to read.” Fit for life ” it’s basically about the digestive system and how it works..3- 8 hour cycles and how eating certain foods at certain times is maybe what’s not best for us due to the cycle our digestive system is functioning at that time, causing us to gain weight or keeps us from loosing weight. It’s basically what you eat and when you are eating it is what can make loosing a few pounds difficult. I really don’t like sweets, but I love carbs, so I have to be careful with that. Processed foods are terrible to eat so stay away from that stuff. I like making a lot of Korean food, it’s usually very healthy, and full of flavor without frying anything. Hope this is some help.

Now I’m 150 lbs πŸ™ I’m going to master the pole guaranteed! I just need a vague time line of goals as to where I should be. Oh did I mention I race drag boats? My inner child is still alive and well.😁
