While I love running myself, I also get the "endorphin high" from pretty much any moderate-strenuous physical activity…dancing, swimming, cycling, rock climbing etc. Oh, and pole dancing too, of course!

I believe they closed down…they used to be listed in my directory but didn't respond to many requests to update the listing. I searched high and low to find contact info but couldn't get in touch with anyone. Sorry I don't know of any other studios in Spokane 🙁
