These are great ideas I will have to try them.
I am a music head so I usually freestyle if I am really feeling the music I will good performance but if I don’t it will be very noticeable, lol. What are pole floating techniques?
Chicgirl is correct. It is adds control and grace to your routines. Most people tell me that I look like I am floating on the pole so I just went with it, lol.

Yay Takeila!! I cant wait to see you perform!! You are an outstanding dancer/performer… its going to be a great show. I wonder who wont make it into the Pro Competition… bummer, that can’t be easy.
