I just signed up for another year and I’m super happy about being able to get this FANTASTIC deal! Thank you and Happy Birthday SV!! May you have many more 😀

I have a subscription that’s good until October. or Nov. 2015 (can’t remember exactly when). If I purchase a year now with this special, can I extend it out for a,full year? That is, have my subscription paid up until Nov. 2016? It’s an awesome deal and also, I would like to pay for lessons while I can afford it. I’m a single mom and sometimes money is very tight in our house 🙂 I would like knowing that I won’t have to give up my SV lessons. I love this site and Veena is THE BEST teacher!

MemberMarch 6, 2013 at 10:28 pm in reply to: X-Pole Customer Service …. which, apparently, is non-existentUPDATE! After emailing back and forth with x-pole and sending photos (and more photos), I got a call yesterday from Heidi at X-pole. She left a voicemail msg. asking me to return her call, which I did today. Long story short, Heidi apologized for the customer service experience, said it was highly unusual and not what x-pole usually delivers. She was AWESOME! In addition to resolving my problem, she spent an incredible amount of time on the phone giving tips on how to properly set up the x-pole and take care of it.
She also promised to send out new parts via Fed Ex tomorrow! I am so excited….the anticipation I feel is like a kid waiting for Christmas. It's kind of surprised me just how much I've missed my pole– I'm pretty sure I'm addicted 😀
And this couldn't have happened on a better day. This morning I drove 1 1/2 hours (each way!) to the studio where I take Pole Fitness classes whenever I can, only to find the class I signed up for had been canceled at the last minute. I was so disappointed! And had wasted about $20 in gas. So, believe me, I can't wait to get back to my online lessons with Studio Veena. They absolutely rock!
The final word is my customer service experience with x-pole went from zero to 10 on a 10-point scale. It took 3 months for my issue to get resolved but I am definitely pleased!

MemberJanuary 28, 2013 at 11:33 pm in reply to: X-Pole Customer Service …. which, apparently, is non-existentI live in the U.S., too, in Florida. My degree field is PR and I work as a writer as well as a Client Services Director and I can tell you customer service is everything, doesn't matter what you're selling– services, products, whatever.. I went with X-pole rather than the highly rated and much cheaper knock-off brand because I knew I was serious about my poling "hobby" and wanted a reliable product, as well as a reliable company that stood behind that product. And as far as "ranting" online, if the complaints are justified, businesses know to expect it if they don't live up to their own hype. Absolutely. I even told X-pole what I was going to do in my last message– didn't say it threatheningly, just that I was going to get online and see if I could find info or a solution. The good thing is, at least X-pole is savvy enough to respond to these online complaints. I'm encouraged that the rep showed up here on this post.

I tried calling several times before and left my number twice with no response, but will try again. And I'll also email! I haven't been able to use my x-pole for the past six weeks and I so miss it.

I just started taking dance lessons last May and my mom was super supportive. She had enrolled me in dance when I was a kid to try and buff up my skinny legs and she was thrilled that I was back at it. Not sure she understood it was pole dancing but she wouldn't have cared even if she did. She was just happy I was dancing! Can't begin to say how much I miss her! Anyway, glad to know you had your issues resolved. Sounds like my A-pole has the same problem yours did..I'm in the process of moving right now but once I'm settled, I guess I will keep trying to reach them!

I guess the secret is to hang in there and keep trying to contact them without giving up. Right now, I just don't have time to do that. But maybe I'll make time in the future! It's now been almost 2 months since I took my xpole down and I can't even get it in the case so it's just sitting in the closet. Sure would be nice if the person emailed me here at SV would follow up to my reply (hint hint hint)

I was assuming it was an Xpole rep, but maybe not? I did reply but haven't heard back yet. Have you had your issue resolved or been contacted by customer service yet? Btw, I lived on Oahu when I was growing up. I absolutely loved it! Are you on the Big Island?

MemberDecember 30, 2012 at 3:04 pm in reply to: X-Pole Customer Service …. which, apparently, is non-existentThx all so much for the helpful advice and especially for your kind condolences. If this had happened during a different time, I probably wouldn't have gotten so upset.
With that said, I did call X-Pole during their hours of operation (Pacific time) and between the 12th to 18th of Dec., so it was well before Christmas. I even told them in the last message I would hop online to find out if anyone knew anything about how to reach them, and still no call back. The problem is, although I called several times, I am super busy and do not have time to try and keep reaching them every single day. So, I will try some of these suggestions when i have a second. Thank you all so very much again and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

They do not have that info on their answering machine, but really should! I mean, really, how hard is it to change an outgoing voicemail message? But again, I thank you for posting otherwise I would have never known.

MemberDecember 28, 2012 at 7:59 pm in reply to: X-Pole Customer Service …. which, apparently, is non-existent@StudioVeena, yes, it was disappointing especially because I have called several times and was sure to call during their operation hours (Pacific Time). But the customer service at Studio Veena has been just the opposite of X-Pole– the best! The webmaster always responds promptly, amazingly so. And I just love the lessons and how detailed they are. I have learned so much from you. The lessons are also an incredible value– worth every penny and then some.
