You can maybe call Ottawa Pole Fitness or Cherry Blossoms . Either one may be able to accomadate you or know someone.
I have a 50mm but I am not going to Ottawa any time soon and wouldn't charge you either.

Hi Lyme Lyte,
That is weird shit.
Some people need to get a life.
I hope you charge that person and can print all of her stuff to you and give it to the police.

Hi Lina,
Thank you for responding to the SHOUT 😀
This will keep me busy and work harder at getting my splits.
Thank you for the carrot (meaning the motitvation) to not give up on my splits.
Hugs,
Lise

Hey Lina,
"SHOUTING!!!"
Did you hear me? 😉

I don't know what bad idea #7 is but, seems and sounds like somewhat of a good idea…LOL

Dwiizie,
I didn't think of that one but OH YES!!!

I want to increase my practice time and skyping keeps me accountable.
Just add me and message on skype if your available. Sometimes I get called in to work and may cancel last minute and so, just know this is not intentional either. Work sometimes get's in the way of my work outs as some may be able to relate.
my skype name is: lise.lang1

I think they go hand in hand for pole.
I found for myself that it's a vicious cycle. i.e. I want to do a trick but can't because I need more flexibility and so I stretch to reach my goal. i.e. splits
Now certain tricks require strength and endurance and so, I have to do other forms of fitness to up the muscle strength.
Then this whole thing repeats itself. Of course things get much easier as you get flexier and stronger.
I would like fluidity to the mix…lol

It makes me wish I was. LOL
I hope you find someone.

Really funny 🙂
Thank you for sharing. I also shared it on FB for the Blue & White Theme in ref: to The Toronto Maple Leaf. (pssst not a fan but hope that Stanley makes it home).

I am 50 and poling. I love it and wouldn't change a thing.
The only thing though that I find is that I am lonely as there isn't anyone my age that like to be fit.
I have to work harder than most at stuff but I am getting it.
I am inspired by Greta at age 62 and doing it. I am saying that because I was starting to second guess myself about it. I then gave my head a shake after I saw her routine.
Be encouraged *pole hugs*

Serzi,
I understand about pointed toes and how important it is.
We are all work in progress. Let's keep up the good work.
————————————
An example then on how my feet feel trying so hard to point my toes because believe you me I want to point my toes and the contortions they go into sometimes feel like the twin towers when the planes flew into them and exploding with pain. *just a metaphor* & I don't want to offend anyone either. Just sayin'

Me, personally don't like the term 'Foot-Nazi' as I find it in poor taste. The word Nazi for me depicts images of the holocaust.
I think an another term could be used to mean the same thing.
Many of our Canadians died fighting in WW2.
P.S. I wanna keep my toes even though I cramp up like crazy and tried many things but it's like anything. I have to train my feet to point due to wearing nsg shoes since '87, and a broken foot. Just be patient with me and well don't look at me if I am not perfect. I am not poling for you but for me.

In one minute for i.e. 5 second hold would be 12 tricks per minute.
In a 4 minute song you have 36 tricks and of course not taking into account floor work and or transition moves …
