LOL thanks for your advice Brownie! I returned the hoop, it was just too heavy & sore. It was made from plumbers piping and filled with sand but wasnt fully filled so every time the hoop would rotate the sand would shift & pull the hoop against my hip! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif Ouchie!!! By the way you guys, interesting fact about PoleTickles: She came 3rd in the Intermediate Level of the Irish Pole Dancing Championships in June this year!!! (Some of you may remember that I attended the competition for my bachelorette party and I remember PoleTickles’ performance, she’s very strong!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif )
Another interesting fact about her: She was one of the judges at the South East Pole Dancing Competition that my local studio hosted last Saturday. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Oh and P.S. Can there be more than just the required moves in the 90 seconds (IF there is time left over) or is it restricted to what is being asked for, i.e. 2 spins, 20 secs floor work, etc.

Ooooh my go-to spin is definately Front Hook or Fireman!! I do both without thinking!!!
