This site is a great place to learn about pole dancing. I highly recommend Veena’s lessons. She’s a fantastic instructor. She breaks down everything brilliantly! The best advice I can give you is advice from Veena herself, ‘always keep your shoulders back & down!!’

There are big things going on here all the time sahrit! Veena keeps us guessing!!! The big thing referred to in this post (as far as I remember) is the monthly video newsletters which we have now and they’re awesome! In these newsletters Veena has interviewed some of the wonderful members here on the site & her most recent interview was with the wonderfully talented & beautiful Jenyne Butterfly. There are new improvements happening all the time on the site!
