Thanks Saldivar, but Im from Ireland and it would cost way too much to buy a hoop from the US.After looking at Veena hooping I realise that my hoop will never be good for anything besides waist hooping, no hips, legs and definately no chest or neck! LOL! Im gonna see if the studio has any better hoops that I could buy. I really really enjoyed hooping & watching TV so I really want a hoop that I can do stuff with. Aw thanks so much for your responses everyone! I use a home-made pole that I bought from the studio I go to. Its made from plumbers piping which is quite hard and its filled with sand!!! Its about 3lbs! It seems to be quite big for me too. I think the biggest problem is that is not filled with sand, i.e. there is a gap and when I propel the hoop around with one side the sand travels around and puts it off balance maybe…

You can also play ‘Grenade’. A pretty simple game that can be played at the same time as any other game.
Pole-twista you start off as ‘Grenade Master’ and when you shout the word ‘grenade’ the last person to get under the table OR onto the table OR onto the sofa, etc has to drink a shot of alcohol. Then that person becomes grenade master. The rule, i.e. get under the table, etc. needs to be agreed upon before the game starts. The grenade master gets to choose when he/she says ‘Grenade’ and can choose any time he/she wishes. The bigger the suprise the better!!!! Its SOOO much fun! WHAT????????????? OMG no way!!!! Im shocked!!! How the hell can they do this to people, especially the competitors who have worked so hard!!!!! Thats just plain crazy! If I was a competitor or indeed a person who had bought a ticket Id be kicking up a major stink about it!!! Fucking hell!
