Ive seen the video by Veena & Ive been doing the stretches she recommends plus some others and I can definately feel myself getting more flexible! Im still a long way off but the sooner you realise that it takes time the better you’ll feel about it. And its SOOOOO important to be well warmed up first!!! If you’re not warmed up you could injure yourself and it wont be as effective either.

For my bachelorette we went to the Irish Pole Dancing Championships. We had a ‘little black dress’ theme. My dress was black (obviously lol) with a red stripe near the hem, on the neckline & on the end of the sleeves. The sleeves were capped, the neckline was square and there was a little patent black belt on the waist. On my feet I wore black 5 and 3/4 inch heels with 2 inch platform!
