Oh dear, you poor thing! I hate waiting for stuff! I bought my pole from the studio I used to do my lessons with and I had to wait 2 months for it so I feel your pain! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif Its awful! azriel made a good point. In the beginning make sure your foot is hooked around the back of the pole to support you and squeeze squeeze squeeze those thighs together. Oh Jacq, Im sorry to hear you were going through a tough time. I know friends do drift apart sometimes and its a part of life but it sure is tough! It happened to me a couple of times and it still makes me sad sometimes but I know sometimes there’s nothing that can be done. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif Maybe when she’s back for Summer and you both have more time you can catch up properly.
