Poling is for people of all shapes and sizes! I know for a fact that an x-pole will support your weight as I have seen many plus size polers use them without a problem. Poling is fantastic for your confidence because you will see your body being able to do things you never dreamed of! It is also a great way to lose weight. I have lost about 14lbs since getting into poling propery. (note: I have now put back on that weight but that is because I havent been poling properly since before Christmas because my life was hectic and I had a hamstring injury but Im getting back into it now cause I wanna compete soon!) Poling made me more aware of my body and therefore made me strive towards a healthier shape and lifestyle!
