This place ROCKS! Ive been a member for over a year and a half and I love it just as much today as I ever did!! Its such a supportive, friendly community and there is loads of excellent advice from all types of polers here! I hope you learn to love it here as much as I do! Veena’s lessons are excellent and decently priced. And on Fridays we have video chat in the chat room. Its on all day and its a great way to get to know some of the people on Studio Veena. How could I have not mentioned the ass, LOL! Its presence is known the minute I walk in any room, it has its own personality, it violates the eyes of unsuspected people with its roundness and greatness, it bounces and they get sprung, it also eats my pole shorts.

I totally freestyle ALL the time! I’ve never choreographed a routine! I just don’t know how!!! I do what Veena said though! I usually pick a certain amount of spins, tricks and hold that I wanna include. I’m so glad to hear you’re back on the horse after all that!!! Yay for u Roxy!!! I haven’t been doing much poling and I haven’t been around Studio Veena as much as I’d like cause life is hectic but when life calms down and I get over my injury I’ll be right back on the horse myself!!! DAMMIT!!!! I guess the only thing for it then is to go to a darn physio!!! Irish people: what do u reckon it’ll cost??? It’s driving me crazy!! I work with kids so sometimes I have to sit on the floor to do jigsaws with them and I can’t do something as simple as leaning forward while sitting with my legs crossed at the ankles without feeling discomfort!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
