I teach at three locations. At two there are 7ft between each pole and no one seems to kick each other. At my other location there is 6ft and they are constantly having to take turns so that they don't kick each other. Seems to me that 7 feet is the magic number 🙂

She purchased her pole from a reputable pole fitness center in town, who had purchased multiple X-poles for their studio and happened to have 2 leftover they were selling to their clients. So I’m fairly confident that it’s the real deal.
Maybe I just have really sensitive skin, and by maybe I mean I have been told multiple times I have the most sensitive skin in the world. The joints weren’t rough at all just not as smooth as I would have expected, my expectation was to not notice it at all. I think I will end up going with an X-pole, if I still don’t like it I can just sell it "gently used" as everyone else seems to love them https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
Thanks again!

I’ve been keeping track and posting on my new blog for the 100 day challenge. http://dancingkristina.blogspot.com/ I’m doing really well so far, although I’m not going to officially check in with measurements and such until at least half way. I threw out my scale on day 1 https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif Too much muscle in this girl to keep looking at those numbers and feel happy – inches speak louder and truer to my goals. Happy healthy days everyone!

Alright here is my pre-emtive day 1 post. Pics are attached… if I did that right.

Thanks for taking a look https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif I took some of the suggestions from the video comments, apparently I just wasn’t squeezing my legs hard enough, and I squeeeeeeeeeezed today and it was awesome! No spinning, no sliding, just awesomeness, yay!

I suggest throwing your scale out https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif Take your measurements instead – it’s a way more acurate reflection due to exactly what you have said – muscle gain. I’d be willing to bet money it’s just muscle gain which is fantastic https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif
