Thanks so much, Amy! I’ve read half of Bob Cooley’s book and contacted Ellen for a Skype lesson a few weeks ago. I’ll follow up on that! Thanks for the links and your responses!!!

@A. Amy – um, just standard stretching like pike (standing and sitting on the floor), reverse lunge, etc. When I do them I have the tops of my legs engaged by pushing against the floor or by pointing and flexing my toes.

Aerial Amy – what kind of stretching would be best for tight hamstrings?

Vid quality is crappy and this is only my second time really doing this so it's not perfect but you can kinda get the idea. http://youtu.be/DX2-T32nXuw

I got some for my pits but I know they perscribe it to people with excessive sweaty hands/feet too.

Thank you! Loved both of those 🙂 …not the exact one I was thinkin of but really liked them too. I appreciate the responses! 🙂

I loooooove Pole for my body grip aid / moisturizer!!! Oh, and read Aerial Amy’s blog post on lotions and grip aids. 😉

Ohmygosh, I missed that before but I freakin LOVE it!! Bwahahaha

I tried this tonight at home (I'm an upper intermediate/advanced poler and teach at my studio) but I had a hard time daring to just jump into it quickly! I guess I'm chicken. 🙂 I'll have to keep trying…
-
Thanks!! Looking forward to trying this.

BTW – I posted your article on our studio's FB page and you were such an inspiration to a lot of our students. A lot of them thanked me for posting it and really loved seeing you rock it girl!!
Then we had rented out the local strip club and closed it to the public for our students to have a night of fun acting like "strippers"…..the studio owner has had a baby and felt like she had 15 more lbs to lose before she felt like she was ready to be in front of everyone. After she saw the article and your videos she saw how silly she was being and enjoyed the night dancing away on the stage. 🙂 Here's her blog post about it http://adultdanceandfitness.blogspot.com/2011/12/get-inspired.html
