At the airport getting ready to go home. I brought a large bag and was nervous about how much my it would weigh due to all my pole swag. Glad to say I checked in at 45.5 pounds. ..yes! Enjoyed meeting everyone and how to meet more of you next year.

Unfortunately, I have workshops at 1pm, 2:15 and 4:30 so I won’t be able to make it. It was soooo nice meeting all of you lovely ladies, especially those of you whose vids I watch regularly on SV!

TropicalPole you look great! I didn’t take before and after pics. My abs don’e look any different, but I’m definitely stronger. Thanks so much to everyone for inspiring me to do this. I will definitely keep it up, especially since I can feel the results when I pole!

I usually do the workout in the morning, but this morning I had to be at work early so I skipped it. Planning to do it tonight and just noticed 220 twists and 60 leg raises….aaaggghhh! My shoulders get tired during the twists and my legs just won’t cooperate if I try and do the leg raises without stopping. For those of you who did your workout this morning, please send positive vibs my way!

I agree Tropicalpole, those leg raises are tough! I can’t do them without stopping. Congrats on your hands free cupid…yay!

These exercises are working. Lifted into my shoulder mount yesterday for the first time..squeeee.

Still here, but like TropicalPole my carbs have crept up…not good at all. Planning to continue these workouts after our 30 days is up. Good way to start the day and it doesn’t take long.

Still doing this daily. The roll ups are tough for me. I can hear myself grunting the entire time…lol! I’ve been trying not to look forward, but couldn’t help but notice by day 30 I have to do 20 of them!!!

So glad to see this thread. I’d asked Veena about the abs challenge awhile ago and was just telling a friend that I needed to start this month so this is perfect. I’m in!

Some great ideas here. I usually do what Veena suggested…hot epsom bath, water, food and tons of sleep! I take a few days off a week just to rejuvenate (translation – sleep). @ksthies2805 don’t forget to post about the essential oil blend. I use them for other things so am interested in how you use them for pole related soreness.

does anyone know if the poles at Pole Expo will be 45 or 50s?

I think a planned meetup would be a great idea. I haven’t met a veener that I didn’t like!
