    Thank you so much girls, Pinkpony that’s great advice and I will be thinking carefully about it all before I jump into it. Lots of things to consider and I am insecure (as much as I hate to admit it) but compare myself to others when I see their chest alllll the time so I know that’s what the root of my problem is. Will let you know what happens and thanks again! xxxx

    I’m in too!! Started doing splits training a lot for 5 months but then things came up and haven’t continued but DESPERATE to get them! Veena how often should we be doing it and are middle split harder to get than front??

    Oh my god! I have literally just finished my stretching and came on here to post a thread about this stupid knee! It’s almost like a tingle pain and I can’t go any further… Obviously that’s where I need to stop anyway at resistance but it sometimes clicks? Only one knee really, is that what everyone’s getting?

It’s almost like a tingle pain and I can’t go any further… Obviously that’s where I need to stop anyway at resistance but it sometimes clicks? Only one knee really, is that what everyone’s getting?

    How do you post a photo onto this thread? Wanted to ask what you all thought of this splits progression and if it looks right….

    That’s great thanks so much Veena! I have your lessons and am working on splits and rolling now!
    Can I just ask (I know it differs with everyone) if progression seems to slow down when doing splits training do you just need to push yourself further?
    Also I feel the day AFTER stretching quite stiff is this normal?! Maybe as I’m not warm…..

    Yeah I have veena’s lessons! I’ve been doing alethea austins DVD pure splits DVD for a while but started veena’s front split training yesterday…. Just wanna know if foam rolling is gonna benefit me if I do it before and after?!

    Thanks guys! I kind of roll my muscles before stretching to help get further down but wasn’t sure if anyone else thought that this really helped?
    Also how long is it taking/took you guys to get fully down into a front split?
