I find my PVC boots ok except they do stick a bit too much so I have to be careful and make sure I can ‘release’ ok… Ummm, I have a SCAR from pole dancing in non-pole boots with a zip. It caused a friction burn and ate through a few layers of flesh…nevermind!

I have one of those but I’ve had it for years, long before my body had seen any pole action.. The Dr thinks it is a cyst but because of where it is, they won’t remove it cos it’s a tricky spot to heal/stitch and the stitches would keep tearing..

I got about 1:30 through and gave it the flick. Obviouslyshe has no idea the strength and discipline needed to make it look easy and sexy. She doesn’t know what she’s missing!

Go at least 2 climbs up so you don’t smack yor head on the ground, and use a spotter if you’ve never done this before https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Extend left leg out and cross your right leg over it as tightly as you can (the pole is between your upper thighs), bending the right knee & pointing your foot back towards your body. Somebody told me to imagine wrapping my right foot AROUND my leg leg (it won’t ever happen but it makes you grip harder) and I found it worked for me! Put your left hand under your bottom and use it as a guide to lower your torso down until you get ‘no hands’ confident. From this move, you can put your hands behind your head to do these sit-ups you’re talking about. Your ‘sitting’ bones will get sore from this and I don’t think it’s all that good your spinal alignment but it looks TOUGH AS if you’re ever just wanting to show off!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_shaking2.gif
