I have a huuuuuge pole playlist but it would be repeating a lot because most of it is here…but a tip for the pennywise..you can take anything off YT and convert it to an mp3 and then throw it in itunes or whatever. I use video2mps.net..no downloading software..just copy and paste the webpage from YT or wherever https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif , takes a couple seconds and done. Chem I totally agree with you. I could have easily just started clean eating without spending alot of money on some product that may not work BUT I felt like needed something drastic, I needed a break from food.

My cravings are far less severe than they were the first day! Im even starting to enjoy and get full on my daily serving of fruit and veggies. Oh and ive learned the secret to the perfect shake….ADD ICE! Instead of 12 ounces of water and the shake mix I put 8 ounces of water, the shake mix, and about 8 cubes of ice! It makes the most delicious frothy thick shake! You cant even tell its healthy! Oh and I froze the vanilla shake last night for about 20 minutes (I added a dash on cinnamon to the blender when I was mixing too) YUMM it really was like ice cream!

My headaches are gone and im feeling a bit more energetic. I haven’t experienced the frequent trips to the bathroom though… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif which confuses me because this is a "cleanse" but who knows.

By the way…This is day 4 and I started out at 121.6 pounds and this morning im at 116 =]
