X-Pole is glad to be a part of the Studio Veena family we have all been friends with Veena and Chris for years. We do what we can to support them just as we do with all of our affiliates and dealers nothing more and nothing less. Any one with common sense can see they also sell Lil Mynx one of our competitors. We are happy to be one of the brands they have chosen to sell to their customers. We do try to read everything here however if you do not get a quick response please email us at info@xpoleus.com and we will do our best to get back to you as quick as possible. There are times when we are slow to respond to customers which we apologize for. We have just added another customer service rep to help with the phone call and emails. You can always get your pole down ladies- no need to worry about it being stuck permanently. In a worst case scenario, you would just take a hacksaw and cut it down. And that part can always be replaced.
Unfortunately ladies, you have to remember that you are dealing with metal. You must have a threaded rod in order to have an adjustable, removable pole. And these threads are steel, however they are the most delicate part of your pole.
Our Engineer is constantly working to improve the product.You must read the instructions or watch the installation videos to set up your pole properly. If you do tighten the screws on top of the threads, then yes there is a strong chance that you can damage those threads with the pressure of the screws!
This is why we really stress to do the initial set up of your pole with care- go slow, don’t rush, and pay close attention to the instructions. Its actually pretty simple! Just make sure everything is aligned before you tighten.

Please contact X-Pole US at info@xpoleus.com with any inquiries. You can absolutely get a different diameter pole for your X-Stage. The poles all come with their own adapter. Any other questions, please call or email us for pricing and for a faster response.

Hi Alley,
The new X-Poles have been shipping out since April, however we were out of stock of the TG for a bit and they have now come back in stock since June 2nd. All back orders and Pre-orders have been shipped out last week. We will look into your order with Modern Mancaves and verify that it has been processed. Please call us during office hours (We were attending Ink and Iron PCS event on Friday) and were short staffed, however you can also always email us at info@xpoleus.com for a fast response. Please always check with us first as you are unlikely to get an answer from anyone on this forum regarding shipment of your order 🙂

Yes- and Production is a continuous process. Many of the New Products are already on their way or in stock worldwide! Each office is different and can have varying stock – so In the US we are awaiting the arrival of these new products as well! Many Thanks!

Just a few points here ladies:
As with any manufacturing process there are sometimes unexpected delays, at X-Pole we do our best to manage these issues and keep the flow of product constant. Unfortunately, some things like Mother Nature are beyond our control.
We understand there is anticipation for the full release of our new product line.
But we will not be releasing any new product until we are satisfied with the production, and until it is ready to be released worldwide. We will not be rushing the manufacturing process just to meet a deadline! We want you to be as satisfied as we are with the final product.Just to be clear when we give an estimate of when product will arrive at any of our offices- it is not intended to be a guarantee and is not presented as such.
Our last container arrived by the estimated time (May) containing NEW 2014 model X-Pert 45mm Chrome poles and all the paid pre-orders were shipped within 2 days of landing at the port of LA.
Largely due to the support of people on Studio Veena, our products are in high demand, and we greatly appreciate your support and patience. It is difficult however to monitor Studio Veena for all questions directed to X-Pole on the forum. Rather than rely on rumor or inaccurate information that is sometimes posted, please contact us directly for correct information. At X-Pole we value our relationships with our customers and are honest about the information we provide.
