Do you think it may be possible you over tightened the tension? Ive done that before and i got a really tight kind of feeling on spin mode and it was not a smooth ride.

Thanks CapFeb… Hopefully ibe able to apply some of this to my next practice. Im starting to feel defeated. Maybe im practicing too often? (is that even possible? lol) Im feeling really sore in between my shoulder blades in my back. I practice almost 6 days a week…

inverted crusifix, thats basically it. I cant seems to over comethe fear to try anything else. I get tothe crusifix and it comes time to let go and i freeze and panic.

I have had the hardest time finding a studio in or around ocean county. If your friends happen to know of one please let me know!! I was born in freehold and go married in island beach state park. Im going to look intothe studios you mentioned. I emailed Awakeings for pricing info already so im waiting for a respinse. I do beleive they opened a second location in king of prussia not sure which is closer tho. Thanks for helping me!!
