I’m not a expert t this but you seem very athletic so maybe twice a week is enough for u. I’m aiming to do it 3 times a week because I’m not really athletic I only jog couple times a week and pole 3 times a week. I include the strengths routine as my warm up before poling. Hope this helps

Girl I had same drama . my mom supports me 100% she’s even come to my studio and seen girls perform. The girls I worked with at hospital talked so much shit about me cuz my fb pics .and they were appropriate . not even videos pics .people post pics in bikinis I was wearing shorts and a tank. Guess what happened a year later the group of haters started taking pole classes after all the crap they said about me. It’s jealousy don’t listen and be proud..

All those songs are kinda over used. But they are awesome for pole dancing. Massive attack I love them. Kings of Leon nine inch nails. All over used but always gets me in mood for pole dancing. Madonna justify my love. Right now been listening to velvet revolver fall to pieces , and scorpions, and a sexy song I think my pony by ginuwine. But I love all te sons all the girls mentioned even of they are kinda cliche lol

Oh and forgot to add, Veenas on line lessons are the best out there. I have learned more with her lessons then at a studio. I think every pole dancer should take her lessons even the advanced polers

Thanks for your response. I hate weights and the gym. That’s one of the many reasons I started poling. Maybe ill try doing weights when I have time. But I started realizing just with pole is enough. As long as you stay consistent. I think at least three times a week. Since some weeks I have time to do that and then sometimes two weeks go by and haven’t touched the pole. Maybe that’s my problem. My goal is three times a week. But for stretching I have no clue . If u find out let me know . U r so sweet. Enjoy your pole journey. It’s awesome. Makes me happy better shape and I even have lost some in security’s I had with my self . You gain confidence. And when you master a trick its so self rewarding. Good luck xoxo 🙂
