I have one mirror that is taller than I am (I'm 5 feet and a few inches) and between 3 and 4 feet wide. I think it really helps, but before I put that in my pole room I used my laptop like darling, but the web cam was too slow. I really want a mirror across from it and some mirrors on the ceiling and the sides would be helpful too. It think it helps me see what I am doing and correct myself, for example, see when the positioning of my hands is awkward if I am trying to glide them down my body or realize that my hair flip isn't awful like I thought it was.

Maybe it's a portrayal of Hecate, the goddess of the crossroads? She is said to have three heads though. I'm stumped too, I hope you find it because I am curious to see who she is.

Yup, luvlee, darling's suggestion for discount dance is right. I also saw some on amazon, search "extra long leg warmers." They seem really high quality and are made by KD Dance and they are more expensive. Has anyone tried anything by KD Dance?

It is kinda useful though because if I am trying to remember a word/place/name I focus the colors come through first and I focus on them until I get the letters. Like I might remember blues and purples and remember there has to have been e's in a name because E is purple.  Sometimes this works with numbers too (like six is red) but to a far lesser extent. 

I knew a girl that said she would get a taste in her mouth with different words and letters!

Search Craigslist under "Free" items.  They never have cars listed in that section 😉 And people give away mirrors way more often than I would have imagined.

zoey, maybe you could go out to a bar/club on a slow night like Tuesday and try dancing there? There will be fewer people than at class, it will be dark, and at a bar everyone is too busy with their drinks and their own stuff to pay you much attention. Plus a few drinks help me feel less self-concious 😉 

You might even try this at home with a couple drinks and dim lights to avoid feeling like you're in a spot light. Maybe you could have your partner work on something else but be in the room to take the pressure off? 

I have a feeling that once you get more comfortable you'll really wow everyone 🙂

It is one thng to get these comments on YouTube, but from your Facebook friends? That's ridiculous, you shouldn't have to deal with it. Block these people, you don't need that jealousy.

I am always getting crap about my weight, but it's the other way around–I get acused of being anorexic and get told to "eat something." No one who would say that is allowed to be my Facebook friend 🙂 

Why do they think it is any of their damn business? I would never imagine such a talented, beautiful woman as yourself giving any credit to that nonsense so don't. You deserve to be happy and enjoy your engagement 🙂
