  • ok, I had to answer this. I posted the same thread ina french forum :). I was so worried, to get bulky at first because my friends were like "what are u doing those days,u have become very bulky,it is ugly", the first time I burst into tears and then, I just changed my food habits, and I think you kinda hit a point where u dont get any bigger but more defined. so dont worry.

Just a question girls, I have found out "knots" on the behind of my knee and another one in the armpit.the one one the armpit is painful, you can actually see there is a knot visually, the one begind the knee is not painful if I touch it, but It hurts a bit in doing some movements. would you use a foam roller to release them or massage?I actually dont know if I have to put pressure on them or leave them alone. the knot on my armpit has been here for a while now, I thought at first it was beacause of me shaving.

I have both dvd's of Alethea, but I just cant do them, I feel so EXHAUSTED,feel like a whole workout, I am too tight!!!so the foam roller is a great reliever, let's see if it does any good to my flexbility, I bought one as soon as I saw Veena had one, strechting is just way to hard for me.

do you think "massage' with the foam roller can help in between the session?I make it roll under my hamstrings, quads ,I feel better after that, but does it actually help improving flexiiliy or is that only 'well being" thing?

I can relate as I have hearing impairement from one ear, yeah sometimes it is hard when the teacher is giving her back to me as she has soft voice, at first no one noticed that I had that issue, coz I did not want to stand out and say it loud, (it has been the result of a road accident so still pretty new to me), so yeah sometimes, I was leaning very much to the teache to hear what she was saying or trying to read her lips, then I just asked if she could speak louder, I have some others who still dont know, I'll rely very much on my visual sense, I focus a lot on visual stuff, so I just copy, I dont "listen" as much as I copy.

  • great post, I was moaning abt my foot yesterday!!!!maybe we should indeed try the pointed toes,I kinda cheat putting my shoes on, so the grip will be easier.lol
