I’m getting implants for the first time in about 6 weeks 😃 I’m almost 40 and will be going from a AA to a D HAHA 😅😂😂 I’m getting silicone implants over the muscle.

So my doctor says dancers should always get implants over not under the muscle because the muscles will cause the implant to move around unnaturally-looking when you’re dancing if you go under the muscle. Also, I’m getting Sinestra brand implants – After I expressed concern about my..ahem… love of rough sex lol…my doctor showed me a video where they literally ran the implants over with a car… and they still didn’t rupture HAHA. They are very strong and rupture-resistant, but still feel natural. So also consider Sinestra-brand implants, and from what I have been told, go over not under the muscle.

I’ll update after I get my boobies! 😃

No… I haven’t tried a sock because I thought it would slip? I’m gripping on so hard as it is with my skin haha

I’ve just been doing pole about a month now and I’ve gotten these bruises on the tops of my feet several times, from pushing hard gripping the pole while doing the “knee grip” and “crucifix”. Any suggestions? I’ve started at the beginning and I’m currently on Day 5 of the Beginner No Pole program, but I can’t help trying to do some other fun moves occasionally, too 😅😁
