There’s a size chart with measurements on Creatures of XIX, so you can check size against your measurements.
I have some sticky leggings but I must say, they are awkward to get on and off as they have to be tight and they stick too much for some things (like sliding down from a cross ankle release to a handstand)
My tip for cold days would be to do exotic static in normal leggings and heels XD

Carpet might be an issue, you need to make sure it’s secure. When you think it’s secure, get someone to stand on the base and then extend some more (to compress the carpet).

Hi! The more you practise lifting yourself (and other strength exercises), the better it will get.
Don’t worry about how you look. Some moves look better on some and other moves on other people. The more you pole the more your confidence will grow (or the more you stop caring what other people think XD ) -
Is sweat the reason you slip?
I get sweaty legs in summer, not so much now. Now (winter) if I struggle with leg grip it’s because my skin is too cold or dry so I turn heating up, and do planks. If still struggling I use hair spray.
If I start sweating in summer I wipe with a towel with a bit of vinegar on (a corner) so that the vinegar removes the sweat and the towel dries it. I try to pole early in gthe morning in summer to avoid the heat. -

Yeah I’ll post a pic later. I’ve got the small white ceiling mount up under a piece of wood (as the joist is so narrow).
Plus I had to add a 40mm extension piece (in Germany it’s possible to order a wide variety of extension pieces) as my a pole doesn’t extend as much as it used to. -
I have had trouble with my xpert as well, not spinning smoothly unless it wasn’t secure enough.
My husband finally attached our ceiling mount (narrow joists, wrong extensions) and it spins like a dream now XD

Hi! Is there a November challenge?
-
@Dusty Rose- glad to hear someone else had the same experience! I’ve made so much more progress in the last two years since doing more off the pole strength training (squats, planks, mountain climbers etc) than in the whole two years before.

Thanks, will check that out

You can practise positioning on the floor.
Lie on back, pole next to the side of your stomach, lift up legs and hook outside leg. -
Thanks, good tips! Was a bit better today too 😀

I’d like a function to list lessons as favourites, or a to-do list, like a wishlist.

I have the knee pads from Mighty Grip- I got them to support my knees after spraining my rightknee a couple of times. They’re ok but they make my knees sweat and I rarely use them now- only for floorwork which I avoid anyway if I can 😉
To strengthen knee pit grip I’d recommend side climbs or working towards it and side crunches with leg hook (https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5e6a72bf-016c-486d-821f-5bdcac110005)
