i m a new teacher too. here is the structure of my class: warm up with streching and cardio. the rest of the hour teaching new moves like spins, transitions around the pole and floor work. 5 mins before the class end, a mini routine with all the new moves and after that a cool down. after 4 or 5 lessons a make a mini choreography incorporating many of the moves from the past lessons.
at the first class i teach girls the basics, like differnt types of walking around the pole, some pirouetes, some basic spins like fireman and some transitions like bodywave. -
