Hi Unicorn, here is my experience and advice.

The main 2 differences between the two pairs are:
    – Delight has a slightly thinner and spiked heel (which, I think, won’t affect your dance)
    – Delight is a 5 3/4″ height against Kiss 6″

At a first look they seem very similar and they both are and look very nice, especially when you wear them on.

As for the black patent color, yes, in my experience both patent and platform color come off with usage but, well, it means you are using them so no need to be upset!

As a first pair of shoes, especially if you are not planning on investing on other purchases, I’d suggest transparent.
I use tranpsarent as a learning shoe and reserve the coloured ones for perfomances or special occasions.

But, if you plan to buy a second pair of shoes after this, go on and buy black if it’s black that you like!

I found out an easier way to come out of the move. Let's see if it's correct and acceptable.

    easier:

    – go back to hook and V out

    harder:

    – aerial shoulder mount
    – superman fall (superman into tuck or scorpio)

Thank you Veena for your fast reply.

I have watched your pole sit tutorial and I have seen you teach the move with this sequence:
    – pull up with arms
    – lift legs
    – cross legs

    .

Someone teaches it this other way:

    – foot on the pole
    – step up on the pole
    – cross the leg

    ..

Are you telling me the reason you prefer the first way is because of flexibility?

Wouldn't it be easier for a beginner to count on foot grip an the "step help" than directly crossing the legs and let go?

What do you think about that?

    Thank you! 🙂

Psycho, do you rememebr if you recorded the video after sending paperworks and passing online tests?

I have finished Fitness Manual excercises and I'm fininshing Vertical Dance too but last tasks require me to complete session planning and feedback forms, I am confused and can't understand if they refer to the practice of my assessment or the real assessment, which means I need to shoot before sending final paperworks.

    Hope you understand my question!

    🙂

so many replies! Thank you everybody.

@ legend: what do you mean by " To avoid the headache that would be making the videos (student shyness, language barrier, time consuming, etc) I'm doing the UK course"?

Ho can you ass the VD course without the video test? Please share with me. 🙂

@ psychoholicslag: have you done the online training? how was your "video experience"?

By the way, also KT course has anatomy and fitness modules. To be preciser, if you do not have already taken any fitness certificate for her it's necessary that you keep the first VD module plus the Fitness module, which is what I am doing now.

hi emotion, I totally forgot I have posted this!

Anyway, yes I'm getting certified with Vertical Dance and KT Coates is training me.

I have been checking training offer in Italy but I still I am not convinced it's enough, they do not give me a professional impression yet.
I have finally chosen VD instructor training course and every day I open my manualsto study I thank God I have taken the right decision.

If you have any question about the course I am willing to share my experience with you, ok?

Apart from YT channel, which I have too, do you have a Fb account where we can chat?

KT, If you ever read this post I realy really proud to e one of your students and hope you'll be proud of me! <3

Hi there, I used to work in a communication agency 9 to 5 and opened my pole dance courses in someonelse's dance studios. I now teach to 8 classes, work in the evening 4 days a week 1-3 hours depending on the day. First week it was really tiring, now I'm getting used to stress but the thing I feel is missing much is the time for doing anything relating pole dance outside the pole room (prepare and plan classes, train for my progress, train for my performances, even going out to buy pole dance outfits!) I'm going to make the best out of it and manage my time, I love my job and I Love Pole Dancing too!

    Hi Roami, thank you.

The thing is my students are all level 1 so the situation you are talking about will happen later on.

Now they are having the same warm up, the same pre-stretch, the same routine, the same cool down, and that'is.

But how do you usually design your lessons over time (weeks/months/years)?I just would like to know from you if you have a program (maybe a self-created program) that you follow and you stick to while teaching.

hi there, for my new studio in Treviso I have ordered 5 chromes and 1 tg for me.

Honestly, I do not know if it's me the problem but I personally find that TG is slippier when you have already sweaty hands. If your hands are ok, for example right at the beginning of the session, no problem at all, spins in spinning even work better and last longer!

And another thing is I think it's difficult to clean and it becomes dirty faster than chrome.

I am happy to have a TG because I also have a chorme at home. I don't know if I would have bought it before.

    Hi there!

tomorrow is third class to teach.

We moved from 1 hour of first trial class, to 2 hours of second class and now we are still moving to 3 hours tomorrow!

Our followers are growing, I hope girls are having fun with my pole dance lessons.

I also hope to survive after 3 hours non stop!

The funny thing is  I even had a unique pole dance lesson request from a girl coming from overseas to Italy (she contacted me through my ENG blog),  which really surprised me!

    Is this a joke? 😛

Hi everybody, I'm a survivor and tomorrow will be my third lesson to tech!

I'm really satisfied with the lesson plan I have worked out, I think I'm going to track it and write it so that I will be fresh and ready for my secondo course starting in September in another studio.

    LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!

We have 6 poles 3 in a row and instructor pole is among students'.

Last lesson we could use only 5 poles and there were 7 students so I had to make 2 poles shares. It's been a total disaster because girls didnt' want to share their poles so I was askes bu the studio owner to dobule the hours of lesson and follow fewer girls at a time.

Beside that girl are really enthusiastic and are crazy about me, which really please me so much.

I'm keeping track of my progress both as a dancer and as a teacher on this blog.

Follow me, I'm waiting for your suggestions!

    Seee you on wednesday.
