I have been a member for a couple of months for StudioVeenas lessons and it’s still very difficult for me. I am also a dancer and I find myself never having time to practice unless at work https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif but I will definitely start stretching and working out my arms so I can look as great as all of you on the pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_colors.gif

Alright, I have great news! My hair is very thin, so when I first started dancing I bought a wig, it always felt like it was going to come off. I ended up getting extensions (sew in’s), in which I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I had the first extensions in for 1.5 months and I went back and got different put in and I had it for about 2 months. When I took them out I felt bald. Very upsetting. I cut my hair short and started wearing my wigs again. The trick is to brush your hair straight back and spray it with some good hair spray. I let my hair dry after spraying it for a good five mins. I also use eyelash glue right under my hair line on my for head and i glue a very small thin piece of the wig to my forhead. It DOESNT MOVE THE WHOLE TIME. Works very great. If you decide to glue your wig down I would make sure to you eyelash glue and NOT hair extension glue. (It is way more difficult to get off if a little gets into your hair. Hope this helps! Breanne
