you will love it here! yes, it is quite expensive in sf, but it all really depends on the area. you can probably find decent sized, newly remodeled inlaw units for pretty cheap in the richmond/sunset area if that interests you. just stay out of the tenderlion and certain parts of oakland! berkeley has older buildings, but you can find decent space for about 600-700 too.

i’m having the same problem, where i can get into it, but cant hold it for very long, esp when i try to straighten my arms!my teacher just told me it was a core strength issue…maybe watch the video that roxy-pink put called ‘abs for sissy’ to build that strength!?

i don’t have a cam set up right now, but i finally found out the name of the move…so i’m trying to get into the superman while i’m in the apprentice. i’m having trouble bring the top leg down and flipping over =/. does that help at all?

i think i had a teacher from poletential in a class i took at slinky once. the website looks super different from what i remember, and there are so many classes!
