When I started to use fb, I was so excited to see friends or ex colleagues fb automatically recommended. I requested to add them & talked to them. Some never response. After a while, I was so bored I unfriended all of them. I only keep friends who talk to me. At least we have something in common. I no longer spend time with fb like before. After a while, it just loses its appeal.

Fb is like a way to keep the contacts or to communicate. I don't post my family member pics on fb so I'm not worried. I don't show my email address. I don't post anything which can help people to find me, like where I live, where I'm going to, where I work, etc. Same like amy, I also unfriended thousands of friends so I now have less than 300 friends. I don't want all the Tom, Dick & Harry to stare at my pics there.

I think I also have that "flat table" back because my back is long but my legs are not long. That nice C shape is seen with girls having short backs long legs.

Among the 4 songs you selected, I like David Guetta feat. Sia – Titanium most. I can't suggest one for you as I love slow songs and mixed fast songs for free dancing.

I can't believe I did it! I can put videos & photos together to make a longer video & I can cut some parts I don't want. I can add a song to it 🙂 So happy I can do now.

From what I understand, if we want our legs to split nicely from vertical, we must be more than 180 degrees flexible, like one leg is straight on the floor & the other is on the chair.

To me, the upper body strength can be built up without you knowing. Don't be put off. Just practice whatever positions that suit you. Don't try too hard. It may cause injuries. After some weeks & months, you'll be amazed you can do stuff you couldn't previously.

What I'm writing here may not help you, but what happened to me was: I have done since I was in my teen until now (38): I swim, I do gymnastic basic routines & aerobics. I'm not good at anything at all, but they help my muscles to be strong. I recently learn belly dancing & yoga on & off. A few months ago, I fell in love with pole fitness & didn't have my pole yet, I tried basic pole climbing using (free) videos from YouTube to climb up an iron frame. I couldn't move my body at first. Harder than I thought. I tried several times on other occasions & practiced gymnastics further. So when I have my pole, after the warm up, for the very first time (I never touched a pole before), I climbed up to the top of it (about 2.6 meters) 🙂

Pavi, thanks for the youtube link. A lot of fun to "pole" that way LOL. I just know for sure that if I do all the "upside down" poling, water will come into my nose. I can swim but not so well. Aqua poling is a nice way for beginners not to be put off when they don't build enough strength for complicated routines.

Sounds like fun for aqua pole. Should be much more easier when my arms are not strong enough to hold my body LOL.
