This will prob be more use to the girls in the UK (although I think you could get them on ebay) but sleek eye shadow pallettes are fabulous. Very pigmented, blend easy and have good staying power without a primer. Think there only about £6 for a pallette of 12 colours.
Also from the same range is the contour pallette although the highlighter isnt brilliant if your stupidly pale like me as its more of a gold shimmer to it which look odd on really white skin, but they come in light, medium and dark so somthing for all skin colours.
An eyeliner ive found recently is from avon, and its there supershocks gel eyeliner and its fab!! And on offer for £3 atm i believe. -

Your weigh wont stop you from inverting. I weigh between 182-187 lbs and i can invert fine. Its all about building your upper body strength up. Have you looked on you tube for a tutorial on inverting? Look at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImG5va4DLFU It may help you to see what your doing wrong, also film yourself and post on here so the more experienced members can give you advice https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Def wont be doing any for a while as my neck is really hurting and has gotten worse since earlier. I cant touch my head to my shoulders without pain on both sides and the pain down the left side has gotten worse. The pain has also spread to between my shoulder blades and the base of my skull. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif

I cant really give advice as my pole skills suck ass, but I do find the longer I stay off it the harder everything becomes in a short space of time. Have finally been able to actually read the comments ppl were leaving.
What the hell is wrong with ppl? I really hope these narrow minded inbreds arent getting to you. The dances were tastefully done and if there is a big man upstairs he knows you meant well and what your intentions were.
I cant believe some of the personnal attacks these ppl were spouting off and they claim to be religious?? Since when is it ok to use religion as a means to be able to bully, harrass, make revolting homophobic remarks and belittle someone??
