    Be careful with this, I fell from it. Be sure to not put your hands too high up.

    My x-pole 40mm xpert chrome is a year old and is STILL slippery!!! Anyone got any advice?

    My shoulder especially my left one is not very flexible and hurts when I’m in a Dove position or the pigeon pose, not sure if it’s all these years doing twisted grip lifts tho as my left shoulder bared all the weight!

    My x pole is 10 months old and I still find it slippy, more so then my older one. I tried sand papering my other one and it ruined it

    Oh no, what do you think we could do to make it more grippy? My older one was not as bad as this!

    Lina your right! I’m still waiting for my Fonji to come back but I think it’s more fear than anything!
