For me, I don’t have a credit card. I keep meaning to apply for one, it’s just one if those things that’s on my to-do list. My other reason is that I haven’t been completely committed to pole recently, I have been very on and of . So I need to prove to myself that I can commi . I’m feeling pretty positive about it at the moment! Hopefully I will have a star soon. 🙂

Superman continues to elude me as well… I think I have only successfully done it 4 times out of the numerous attempts.

What a shame! I am sure you will find more polers there than here though. We don’t even have a studio – which is a really surprising…

Why don’t they have a go at ballet dancers or gymnasts or soccer or football players? Obviously you have to be smart and know your limit just like in any sport; be safe. The women who wrote this article really needs to use her commonsense and get her head out of her ass. I think in reality this is about her seeing it as a sexual, stripper thing and this whole “you could get hurt” BS is just a cover for that.

I was the same. It was a love-hate relationship. I’d wake up at 6:15am to go and driving there I would just think “why? I could be in bed”. During I would be struggling and just hating it. Afterwards, I felt great and would never regret it. I had more energy and just felt detoxed and fresh. I want to try aerial yoga next.

I am in! I don't think I will be all the way down but it will give me a goal to get a good picture at Christmas that I am proud off. My lack of flexibility is just embarrassing! It doesn't help that my job involves standing all day so I am really tight in my hips and legs now.
