Another question regarding shoes: I am not a sort girl, I am about 5ft7. So my next big concern is what height of platform to get without turning myself into a massive giant. Do you think tall girls can still be sexy in high heels? Or is it just awkward?

So glad to here that Amber! I just started going to hot yoga as much as I can – I already feel the benefits! I no longer get major pain in my right shoulder. Hopefully I will be down in my splits soon enough! I need to start stretching more as well.

I have this problem too. My pole is in a really small room so finding a good angle that is far enough away to fit everything into the frame is really difficult.

Here is my big question with the cup (I can't wrap my head around this): Can you go upside down or even lie down with it? Wouldn't everything you collected like tip back into you? I can just imagine how that would feel and just be kind of gross… :S
